Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the creativity level for Palestinian schools principals in view of Covid-19 pandemic and to determine differences of creativity levels according to Gender, School stage, school type, school location, specialization, and the principal's experience).

To achieve study aims we used the descriptive analytical method, the study population was all Palestinian schools principals, and the sample included 139 principals were chosen using the convenience sampling method by google form.

The results showed an average of very-high to high creativity level for principals, depending on influency, goal directed behavior, flexibility, problem solving.

It also showed high levels of group work ability and individual work ability.

Total creativity level of principals has significant differences only for school stage and influence & individual work level due Primary schools principals.

Our recommendations are for the Palestinian ministry of education to reduce its central authority on schools principals to give them chances of having creativity in all domains without obstacles, and to raise principal's initiative work, and to give them freedom of making ideas to interface pandemics and resist emergent pressures.
