Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of job security, bearing responsibility and self-efficacy among teachers, as well as, to identify the relationship between these variables and to identify the possibility of considering responsibility as a mediator between job security and self-efficacy.

also, to identify the differences according to the variables ( gender- experience- the employer).

the study scales were applied for a sample of 206 male and female teachers.

the results showed that there were a medium level of job security, a high level of responsibility and self-efficacy.

there were differences in the security of job stability in favor of Gaza governmental teachers and there were differences in the efficacy scale in favor of females.

also, it showed that there were a positive partial significant relationship between the field of work stability security and bearing responsibility, and a negative relationship between economic security and bearing responsibility.

as, there was a positive relationship between the field of system security and laws and the field of personal responsibility, and there was a positive relationship between the overall degree of job security and self-efficacy.

there was a positive relationship between self-efficacy and responsibility.

also, it showed a partial mediation to bear responsibility in the relationship between the field of work stability security and self-efficacy, and as a mediation for the field of personal responsibility in the relationship between the security of the system and laws and self-efficacy.
