Abstract EN

The study aimed to get acquainted with the reality of the pillars of knowledge economy at the university of south valley from the viewpoint of faculty members, i used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study community consisted of all members of the faculty at the university of south valley, and a random stratified sample of (480) faculty members was chosen trade, literature, archeology, rights, education in Qena, specific education, science, medicine, and veterinary medicine.

the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, where the study tool was distributed to the sample and retrieved (430).

the researcher saw that it is sufficient for application, and after the statistical analysis showed results the study stated that the view of the faculty members at the university of south valley about the reality of knowledge economy at the university of south valley in the aspect of research, development and creativity, "non-existent" with an average of 1.66 with a standard deviation of "1.42", and the view of the faculty view of the university of south valley on the reality of knowledge economy at south valley university in the aspect of education and training "weak" with an average score of "2.40" with a standard deviation of "1.70", and the view of faculty members about the reality of knowledge economy at south valley university on the side of the infrastructure of information and communication technology " high “mean” 3.50 with a standard deviation of 1.89, as for the view of the faculty members about the reality of knowledge economy at the university of south valley on the side of governance, "average" with an mean of "2.78" with a standard deviation of "1,56", and the results of the study indicated that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of "gender-academic ranks-faculty nature "in the views of faculty members on the availability of the ingredients for knowledge economy at the university of south valley, and the study presented a set of recommendations aimed at providing the ingredients for knowledge economy at the university of south valley, and presented a set of proposed research.
