The study aims to highlight the extent to which inflation-targeting strategy in Algeria has been adopted as a modern method of monetary policy management aimed at reducing shortterm inflation and stabilizing prices in the long run.
the study found that Algeria did not fully meet the conditions of the inflation-targeting strategy.
thus, algeria can be categorized as a country that adopts the partial inflation-targeting strategy, since the bank of Algeria is unable to stabilize prices as a primary and ultimate goal of monetary policy, especially in the context of adopting the non-traditional financing approach in this country.

L'étude vise à mettre en évidence dans quelle mesure la stratégie de l'inflation en Algérie a été adoptée en tant que méthode moderne de gestion de la politique monétaire visant à réduire l'inflation à court terme et à stabiliser les prix à long terme.
l’étude a montré que l'Algérie ne satisfaisait pas complètement aux conditions de la stratégie de l'inflation.
par conséquent, elle peut être classée parmi les pays qui adoptent la stratégie de ciblage partiel de l'inflation, car la Banque d'Algérie est incapable de stabiliser les prix comme un objectif principal et ultime de la politique monétaire, en particulier dans le cadre de l'adoption de l’approche de financement non-traditionnel dans le pays.
