This research addresses the discussions among juris with regard to the judgment of endowing shares.

The research started by outlining the basis of the judgment of endowment with reference to shared and money endowment.

Then the study moves to explain the basis of shares endowment and its regulations.

Moreover, the study talks about the trading of endowed shares and the calculation of their profits.

Following this, the study outlines the judgment of endowing instrments, bonds, investment funds and investment portfolios.
