The research aims to identify the most important aspects of the beneficiary training service in digitization environment through a descriptive study of a sample of Arab university libraries websites to identify the techniques and the different forms to manage this service and its important related topics.
the results indicate that half of the studied websites do not provide this service and the libraries providing it keep the textual forms to get sources to the beneficiary training through their websites.
the main topic on these courses is on reference citation and avoiding plagiarism methods.

Le but de la recherche est d’identifier l’aspect le plus important du service de formation des bénéficiaires à l’environnement numérique par une étude descriptive d'un échantillon de sites web de bibliothèques universitaires arabes afin d'identifier les techniques et les différents formulaires utilisés pour gérer ce service et ses sujets connexes importants.
les résultats indiquent que la moitié des sites web étudiés n'offrent pas ce service et que les bibliothèques fournissant ce service dépendent des formes textuelles utilisées pour fournir les sources de formation des bénéficiaires via leurs sites web et les méthodes d’éviter le plagiat.
