Le but de cette étude est d'identifier les difficultés et les défis rencontrés par le spécialiste de l'information dans l'application de l'activité de la veille informationnelle dans les bibliothèques des lycées de la Wilaya d'Annaba afin de surveiller toutes les mises à jour de l'information en utilisant toutes les compétences et toutes les ressources disponibles.
le potentiel technologique souffre d'un manque de ressources humaines avec un déficit budgétaire, mais l'application de cette activité se fait spontanément.
