Abstract EN

The Chinese model for change and development is a pioneering model that adopted the economic reform approach, with high flexibility in dealing with companies and economic institutions.

The model placed great emphasis on effective methods of competition.

The model focused on the financial and non-financial interests of individuals, companies and economic institutions, while maintaining the centralized role of the government.

The study aimed at highlighting the strategic, political and economic factors that helped in the success of leading the change and development in China.

The study highlighted the most important challenges facing the Chinese leadership in achieving change and development in China, presenting this successful development model and promoting it for Arab and developing countries to benefit from it as much as possible, and adapting aspects that can help these countries to improve their various situations.

The study used the descriptive approach that describes the phenomenon as it exists in reality, analyzing it and extracting the results.

The study also used the historical method to identify the role of political and economic factors in the success of the Chinese model in leading the effective change and development.

The study found that the Chinese leadership has succeeded in leading the change and development in China through a set of strategic factors, political factors, and economic factors.
