Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the level of health services quality in Libya at during of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

Moreover, it aims to recognizing whether there are significant differences between respondents' responses about the health services quality at during pandemic due to the following variables: gender, age, educational level, type of health facility, region.

The study followed the descriptive method to achieve the objectives of the study; the researchers developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability coefficient .The study a sample included social media users and frequent visitors in health facilities during the Corona pandemic as the number determined as (362).

The analysis of the study data was done by computerized method using a statistical software program provided in the (SPSS).

The following results were reached: Firstly, The study revealed that the general level of health services quality during of the coronavirus pandemic was moderate.

Secondly, The study showed that there are statistically significant differences between the respondents' responses about the health services quality at during pandemic due to the educational level variable , region, while no differences were for variables of gender , age and type of health facility.

Finally, the study made a set of recommendations, which will hopefully be followed to raise the level of health services quality in Libya.
