Abstract EN

The study discussed the impact of external financing on economic growth in Palestine during the period 1996-2018, and the study aimed to identify the impact of external financing (aid and grants provided to the Palestinian government, foreign direct investment, and direct credit facilities provided by banks in Palestine) to economic growth in Palestine.

The study used the standard method through econometrics and used the multiple linear regression model using the least ordinal squares method.

The results showed that effect of all independent variables (aid and grants provided to the Palestinian government, foreign direct investment, direct credit facilities provided by banks in Palestine), A positive impact on economic growth in Palestine during the period 1996-2018 Based on the results of the study, the study recommended The Palestinian government should reassess the Palestinian experience with it, and the possibility of achieving greater effectiveness than it achieves during restructuring it to fit with Palestinian development plans that focus on supporting the productive sectors.
