Abstract EN
This study came to identify the most important obstacles of administrative communication affecting the job performance of sports administration staff.
the most important findings of the researcher are that the main administrative and personal obstacles affecting performance are the delay in the arrival of orders and instructions from senior officials to subordinates.
the cultural level and perception of employees, as for the most important means used by the administration to overcome these obstacles, are to bring the employees of the directorate to training courses.

Cette étude nous permet d’identifier les obstacles de la communication administrative affectant les performances du personnel de l’administration sportive.
les résultats les plus importants atteints par le chercheur ont démontré que les principaux obstacles administratifs et personnels affectant la performance sont le retard dans l’arrivée des ordres et des instructions des hauts responsables aux subordonnés.
le niveau culturel et la perception des employés, quant au moyen le plus important utilisé par l’administration pour surmonter ces obstacles, consistent à motiver les employés de la direction à prendre des cours de formation.
