Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to know the impact of Transformational Training Programs on Employees’ Performance in Ahli Bank.

The methodological researcher used assistant manager / branch manager, head of department in Jordan National Bank, and enabled the SPSS program to analyze the data.

The results of the study showed a number of results, a low level of Transformational Training Programs and a high level of Employee Performances in Ahli Bank.

The results also indicated that it has a statistical effect at the level of (α = 0.05) of Transformational Training Programs (Interaction, learning, behavior, results) on Employee Performances (accuracy, quantity of work, quality of work, perseverance and reliability) in Jordan Ahli Bank In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to increase the emphasis on subjecting staff to Transformational training programs and holding them continuously to keep abreast of everything that is new, and the need to contain Transformational training programs provided to employees in continuous workshops to strengthen the process of teaching staff.
