Abstract EN

This study aims to examine the impact of Intellectual Capital on Entrepreneurship in telecommunication sector in Libya.

The study implements on 7 companies: 4 public sector companies and 3 private sector companies.

Questionnaire is designed and distributed on 85 employees in several organizational levels.

Exactly 59 Questionnaires are received whereas 48 Questionnaires are suitable for analysis.

Therefore, the response rate is approximately reached at 57%.

Subsequently, data is analyzed based on correlation coefficient of Pierson and Multiple Stepwise Regression.

Finally, the results clearly show that, there are positive and significant relationships between variables; Intellectual Capital and Entrepreneurship in telecommunication companies in Libya.

Additionally, the results also illustrate that both Structural Capital and Human Capital have an effect on Entrepreneurship but the Relational Capital is significantly excluded by Multiple Stepwise Regression.
