Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of ethical leadership practices (personal properties, job behaviors), level of practicing organizational citizenship conducts (altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civil behavior, and general commitment) of social security staff.

It also attempted to determine the impact of ethical leadership on practicing organizational citizenship conducts in the organization under study.

For the study purpose, a descriptive, analytical method was adopted.

The population of study consisted of all the employees of general management of social security fund (400 subjects).

A simple sample of 196 subjects was randomly selected.

One hundred and forty five analytically usable questionnaires were recovered.The obtained results revealed high level of practiced moral leadership and organizational citizenship conducts in the organization under study.

It also showed a positive and moral correlation and influence on practicing organizational citizenship behaviors.

Finally, the study submitted several recommendations that may develop moral leadership practice and enhance its role in performing organizational citizenship conducts in the organization under study.
