Abstract EN

This paper addresses the rulings of the supererogatory takbeers (Allah Akbar) in Eid Prayer and Prayer for rain, in terms of number in each rak’ah and the different opinions in this regard.

It also shows the position of these takbeers and the ruling of raising one’s hand and saying dhikr while takbeer.

It also deals with the ruling of overlooking it willingly or unintentionally and the ruling of making up the missed one; whether one can make up the missed takbeer by sujud al-Sahw (prostration of forgetfulness) or not? The paper also explains the ruling of the missed takbeer on the part of the one who entered the prayer late.

Finally, the paper ends with a conclusion and recommendations.
