Abstract EN

This paper aims to showing the notion of money, explaining the fiqhi rulings that should be considered by every Muslim so as to fulfill his rights and be aware of his duties.

The analytical-descriptive approach is used as the main method through collecting and arranging the issues, exploring and documenting the fiqhi opinions and stating the evidence and rulings.

The paper concludes that money includes anything that is owned, but it is commonly restricted to some types.

Technically, it includes anything that is valuable according to people and is allowed to use at ease.

The paper also listed the types of money and ownership in general, illustrating the related rights.

Finally, it is recommended that the general rulings of money be examined and specialists in Fiqh and economics be urged to collaborate in studying the issues related to money, to solve the problems that hinder investment and to invest money in accordance with the Islamic law.
