This paper seeks to examine the potential geo-political implications and effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the context of the US-China conflict to consider whether the current geo-political situation is moving towards radical change, or will the pandemic be a limited geo-political changing factor? The paper tracks those possible scenarios by reviewing the opinions of a select group of experts.
