English Abstract

The study focused on highlighting the causes of drug abuse and addiction, in-depth study where we first started in the first axis by exposing the type of drug I used to "traditional" and trying to control and identify it to bridge it with the new type, the modern digital drugs, The second reason behind the abuse and addiction to it, and we concluded the recommendations of the most important call the Algerian legislator to modernize its laws and to be more proactive or less with the ban with the outside world before the collapse of the foundations of the establishment of the community.
