English Abstract

Drugs consumption is an ultimate concern all over the world, for both developed and underdeveloped countries, due to its maleficent outcomes , they lure hundreds, even thousands of societies’ youths on daily basis, which are considered as the backbone of any society.

Drugs consumption is no more only taken in the traditional ways (by injections, sniffing, smoking…) but it has reached unconceivable new levels, thanks to the technological revolution and its unlimited use consequences , which paved the way to the emergence of more dangerous drug to the human mind ever existed, known as the digital or the electronic drug.

In this paper work we first attempt to compare between traditional and digital drugs concepts, causes of its consumption, then we highlight its risks and damages, in order to set mechanisms of confrontation.
