al-Sader, was one of mogt prominent contemporary scholars and thinkers in Iraq.

In addition, he was the mosl prominent known Islamic scholars.

His books and researches are not limited to the Islamic legal issues, but he cared to the philosophical, economic and intellectual issues that have a lot to the knowledge in the Islamic world.

A1-Sader has lived under the conditions of internal, regional and interrelated and conflicting political circum-tances.

This is represented by the spread of MarxiSi thought the communiSi parties and leader of the former Soviet Union.

The emergence of the capitalikt side represented by the united Slate of America and weSiern European countries, which led to the outbreak ofthe cold war between the two mayor sides.

This happened in the absence of a clear — cut Islamic theory, to impose itself on the intellectual scene, which forced the maSier and thanks to his diQinguished intellectual ability, as he managed with diQinction, to put forward the Islamic theory in all fields to respond to Marxism and capitalism, so his ideas were enlightened and glowing, which pushed the Iraqi dictatorship heap back then, from the execution of the death sentence again-i him in 1980, to get rid of his accomplished Islamic thinker.

The martyr al-Sader Siudied various subjects according to an Islamic theory, and according to the sound mental approach.

His writings were the subject respect and appreciation to many scholars and thinkers in the world.

Also many of his intellectual theories are now taught in Arab, and Islamic and international universities, including scientific ingtitutions and European universities.

The capitaliÅt MarxiÅt Qruggle has led to the emergency of philosophical theories in the hiSioricaI change that seek to impose the theory of one of them on the other and to explain the hiSioricaI imperative that ultimately leads to control of peoples, nations and countries according to the theory of expansion and intereSis at the expense of others.

A1-Sader touched on these two theories according to an Islamic theory in which divine hiSioricaI change were revealed, indicating syQematic and clear criticism to the mogi prominent negative aspects in both theories and the gtrategic mis-takes that Marxism and capitalism took place in the philosophy of hiSioricaI change.

In this research, I have gtudied these efforts made by Saed al-Sader in order to criticize the historical philosophical theories of both and explain his philosophy of the concept of hiSioricaI change according to the Islamic theory based on his mogi important books which are related to the topic.
