The concept of international protection has rapidly evolved to include human rights at the internal level, to be transferred to the international level after finding explicit provisions that allow the international community to intervene for protection based on the authorization granted by the United Nations Charter and the executive authority represented by the UN Security Council, which is the real decision-maker when it fmds that there is a violation.

Realizing the rights of human beings in a country that endangers international peace and security at imminent danger and thus takes necessary measures to intervene according to an international resolution.
