It came with principles that achieved justice for both women and the family, strengthened their position in the society, guaranteed their rights, respected their privacy, supported the mother and children's rights, and kept the stability of the family.

and in order for this marriage to have full legal capacity, it was stipulated that a person shall enjoy eighteen years of age.

and the marriage contract of those who had completed fifteen years was legal w-ith a permission from the judge, after ascertaining his capacity and physical ability, and penalized all enforced marriage contracts and rendered these contracts void.

Also, every man who contracted his marriage outside the court shall be sentenced with imprisonment for a period of no less than six months, and a sentence of at least three years, and not more than five years, if he contracted another marriage outside the court and he is already married.

This law- has not obligated the wife to forcedly obey her husband, and she is not considered disobedient if the husband is abusive in his request for her obedience, with the intention to harm her.
