The current research deals with (the educational and psychological implications of students ’fees) and the research contains four chapters, where the first chapter is concerned with the methodological framework of the research, which represents the research problem with the following central question: What are the educational and psychological implications and implications of student fees? The research aims to know the educational and psychological implications of students ’fees.
As for the limits of the research, it was limited to the period (2018-2019) by obtaining fees for a group of primary school students in the Al-Musayyib Education Department from the participants in the annual primary school exhibition.
The first chapter ended with defining the terminology, and the second chapter represented the theoretical framework consisting of two topics, the first topic: the educational and psychological content of students ’fees, and the second topic: the objectives of art education for the primary stage, in addition to the indicators that the theoretical framework ended up in.
The third chapter contained the research procedures that included The research community and the research sample of ( 8) samples, and the research methodology adopted by the researcher, the descriptive and analytical approach in analyzing the research samples while the fourth chapter is represented by the results, conclusions and recommendations.
The results included: 1.
The child is a dynamic being, representing art in general and drawing and in particular for him, the "language of thinking" and as he grows, the expression of ideas, feelings and interests changes, and knowledge of the environment appears in his creative expressions.
2.
Student fees can be viewed as having promotional, therapeutic, artistic and educational benefits, through which we can learn about the emotional, cognitive, mental, social, aesthetic and physical (sensory, kinesthetic) elevation of the student.

The students ’drawings generally reveal the pupils’ values towards the people for whom they feel positive or negative feelings, so the student draws the people he loves in a different way from the people he does not like or is afraid of.
As for the conclusions: 1.
Freedom to use color as well as shape.
2 .Students know the connotations of color.

When the student draws, he translates his thoughts and feelings in drawing with moments and integration, and a great interaction with what he draws
