Abstract of the research the study dealt with the of symbols drawn in logos designs and their role in achieving visual ,functional ,and intellectual content communication because they transmit meaning and represent ideas as they are abstract and abbreviated symbols and indicate expressive indications capable of conveying the message as visal signs reaching the recipient with clarity and ease to perform the functional and aesthetic purpose Because of its role in embodying meanings and concepts through a simple and expressive picture ,activity or planning, the first chapter included the problem of research in the science of employing appropriate sympls for the entities with th right image and the research problem addressed the following question:- What is my job? There are icons drawn in the designs of lraqi logos ? As for the search ,it included either the goal of the research in revealing the employment of symbols drawn in the designs of lraqi logos.Spatial and temporal search boundaries were defined in the logos of Baghdad restaurants the year 4018 Asfor th second chaptr , the previous studis included the theoretical framework and its indicators.

The sand and the typrs of symbols (as for the second topic) concept of the logo , the characteristics of the logo design and the shapes that contribute to the design of the logo then the third topic included theological units ,expressive formulas and theoretical framework indicators, while the the third chapter includes afee Sresearch methodology, adescriptive analytical approach that suits the current study and the research community, which included eleven restaurant of excellent grade in Bagdad) and ensure that the fourth quarter results, whichhave exceeded the resrarchr.

1-the design charactaeristics of the logo have resulted in great importance due to its simplicity, formalism and chromatic abbreviation.

4-Symbols drawn Various attributes or features achieved through the use of formal metaphor in the design of the logo.

1-the conclusions simplicity of slogans and the non – proliferation of formative vocabulary helps to establish minds.
