In fact, the ceiling of this authority is so high that The court can impose these measures on its own without the need for an application by the parties to the dispute.

All this to protect the interests of the international community.

This article, in addition to what was included in the articles of the regulations of each court before which the dispute is considered, has indicated the issuance of these measures, the procedures for their imposition, their conditions and their relationship to the jurisdiction of the court.

Scope of research: Although Article (290) of the Convention has come with a variety of temporary measures for multiple purposes, some of them are for the purpose of preserving the rights of the parties to the conflict, others to prevent the aggravation of the conflict, and a third to preserve evidence, but our research will focus on the most important type of measures, which are measures taken with the aim of achieving The interest of the international community These are the measures for the protection of the marine environment, which are taken not to protect the interests of the parties to the conflict, but to protect the general interest of the international community.
