تقويم الكفايات الادائية لدى معلمات التربية الرياضية في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي و العشرين في محافظة الزرقاء

Abstract EN

The study aims to evaluate the performance competencies of the sport teachers in Zarqa Governorate and investigate the impact of the scientific qualification, training courses and years of experience variables on these competencies .

The sample were (30) physical Teacher in AZ- Zarqa Governorate, the data were analyzed by SPSS program and the tests of arithmetic averages and standard deviations and test (T) for one sample and ANOVA test were used, and the study found that the teachers moderately have planning, implementation and evaluation competencies and have management competencies with high degree.

In addition to, the results indicated that the qualifications, training courses and years of experience variables have not impact on performance competencies in various fields: planning, implementation, evaluation and classroom management.

The study recommended the need of holding training programs to develop the teachers competencies and curriculum development commensurate with the age of students and the level of growth
