The study aimed to know the reality of the Jordanian Ministry of Education's application of the approach to management and strategic planning in light of the available modern formal theoretical literature related to it.

To achieve this, the study followed the descriptive theoretical research method, based on the method of reading and objective documentary analysis of the content of scientific sources / literature available in the office from previous documents, reports, evidence and scientific studies, methodical theoretical and field, including data / information (scientific knowledge) related to the subject of the study.

The research problem you are targeting.

The study reached several results, the most important of which are: Management and educational strategic planning are among the most prominent administrative approaches adopted by the Jordanian Ministry of Education and seek to actually implement them as one of its priorities and current tools in reforming and developing the national educational system in Jordan to the desired level in the near future.

In addition, the application of the educational management and strategic planning approach in the Jordanian Ministry of Education, in its current reality, is characterized by a number of qualitative and quantitative indicators that confirm the existence of positive achievements and results that indicate that the Ministry is achieving real and tangible successes with a strategic dimension at the national level.

In addition, the Ministry of Education, despite achieving some actual successes through its implementation of the approach to management and strategic planning, is still facing many problems, challenges and obstacles that may limit the Ministry's achievement of all its strategic goals and objectives set within the prescribed time frame.

Accordingly, the study recommended that the Ministry of Education should conduct a regular periodic review and evaluation to monitor the reality and nature of actual progress in achieving its set strategic goals.

In addition, the Ministry of Education should strive to develop and expand its strategic objectives to ensure that they face and overcome emergency crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic.
