Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out the degree to which the principals of the schools of Irbid Kasbah practice educational decision-making skills, in the light of the descriptive survey research method, by applying a questionnaire to a sample of teachers in the Kasbah of Irbid, which amounted to (419) male and female teachers.

The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - The average degree of practice of educational decision-making skills by the principals of Irbid Kasbah schools was (3.74) at the total level of the tool, and the arithmetic average for the first domain (mental skills) was (3.86), and for the second domain (procedural skills) (3.66).

- There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the estimations of the research sample for the degrees of practice according to any of the following variables: gender, qualification, experience.

In light of the study results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
