Abstract EN

Controversy is a negative phenomenon in our present societies, due to its loss of legal conditions and controls, which makes it a way to solve controversial problems and clear scientific facts.

Since it is a method of Islamic call (advocacy) as mentioned in holy Quran.

That is a reason to discuss it and indicates its importance and its purposes in holy Quran.

The study aimed to inform preachers of this important method as it aimed to clarify the seriousness of the sterile debate false argument, and the study concluded that the argument is the way to show the truth.

The study also concluded that the sterile debate is a blame in Islamic law.

The study recommends that in the event of a verbal dispute and dispute to find a conscious leadership of the Issue and directed the two sides in an educational manner that teaches the respect of opinion and ather opinion and other opinion, and to take an Important Issue and long standing perspectives can be debated for each side, his evidence and argument.

The study also recommends to a void the sterile controversy that waste effort and time, and inherits hatred and grudge.

The researcher has used descriptive analytical method.
