Abstract EN

This work seeks to shed the light on an important Stage of local hiStory in tracking and understanding the histori- cal phenomenon, including its events, the methods of its writing, and the disparities with its surroundings or the common points they share.

In fact, this article examines how to move from an oral community that doesn’t care about blogging to a type of writing in which the various sciences are consistent without correlating with a specific science.

Therefore, this search is about trying to consider these epiSte- mological writings, their approaches and interests, the purpose of writing hiStory and to ask the question of renewal in this frame- work, about goals and objectives desired from it according to the collective imagination, a matter that determined the nature of this writing in its broad outlines, at leaSt in a narrative approch that doesn’t adopt Structural proposition, because the goal lies in high- lighting subjects such as local journeys and genealogies and their connection to their Arab and African surroundings, especially the honorable lineage in the process that is essentially related to the journey to Hajj and the definition of Al-Shanaqita themselves in the EaStem lands.

And the truth is that this factor greatly affected the author- ship movement and the interests of those interested in this field of knowledge, with which a lot of dissolving writings that defend people of this field appeared with it, added to that a factor that is no less valid than its predecessor, which is the coming of colonialism, as the works of literature began to appear either under the requeSt of the colonial administration or to show local peculuarities as a form of confronting the colonial powers.

In general, historical writing during this period remained cap- tive to the traditional approach in understanding the historical phe- nomenon in two directions mainly defined in the local journeys and genealogies, something that greatly affected contemporary cognitive trends in terms of the quality of the topics selected and the nature of the product used in this framework.

Therefore, the historical field has remained in harmony with the local reality, its ethnic and tribal peculiarities, motives and concerns with that it imposes of a certain nature, where modem scholars will remain loyal to them, moStly in what conems goals and desired objectives of any local interest in historical writing, which is what made the historical lesson needed to be renewed in light of developments in methodology and knowledge that this field has known in terms of the quality of its themes, concerns, and even cognitive trends, which necessitate a tendency towards a Structural innovation in the purpose of hiStory, which is given by the quality of the topics Studied and the nature of the product used in this field.

So, there are topics such as diseases, epidemics, influ- ences and deep effects that have affected in this society through- out its long hiStory of issues that present themselves urgently for Study and scrutiny; not to mention that achieving the manuscript heritage by professional and specialized researchers, and working on its maintenance and preservation in order not to be buried is an urgent requirement that imposes itself in such a desertic en- vironment that consider this heritage moStly to be an individual property inherited by all concerned people, without regarding its associative dimension in this field.
