: Africa coast areas considered as one of the most security deteriorated witness in the world and become hotbed of tension and sources for security threat due to contradiction structures which linked constructive nation country, absences and miss used of available resources and ability, failure of development politics and absences of Justice distribution between individuals, and Geographic areas, resulted to disables systems which refused by their nations ,and that leaded to heavy violence’s and conflicts, military coups, Army movements required separations, toreros organizations, organized crimes, un legal immigrations.

The reason bygone security of Africa coast are verity with different faces, complicated as well as entanglements too.

The solutions from security hotbed, it must end the wars in all the countries and establish permanent peace, national reconciliations, reforms nations, civic and military institutions, to be function in order to reach human security and good government in the area, and rehabilitate and grantee security in Africa coast areas.
