English Abstract

This study is about the role of the economic policy in the develop- mental activities in the Sudan coast (Port Sudan ) and it is evaluate.

The main objective of the study is to identify of the economic policy in portsudan and its evaluation.

The study has been addressed through three main hypotheses, the major one is the existence of scientific tools to measure the urban devel- opmental rate which trigger balanced economic services in Portsudan.

The researcher used the descriptive analysis methodology, and fo- cus on twelve models done through an advance statistical application (AMOS) The researcher use the questionnaire to analysis the characteristics Portsudan community, and topographical survey to explore the economic services in addition to compare this with Shanghai in China which de- pend on those coast management theories.

The study concluded 13 results, important two are; poor fish- ing activities and horizontal economic activity which depend on ma- rine, plus twelve recommendations; specialized human resources training and strength the community culture that utilize the poten- tial marine resources
