English Abstract

This paper is about the role of the social policy in the development ac- tion, the purpose is to explore the social change indicators for the Red Sea population as physco-sociology and politic-sociology based on the assumption of the week of the strategic planning tools and the absence of the administrative framework of social policy in the coast The researcher use the descriptive analysis and statistical application model (AMOS) The research resulted in about 35 findings and recommendations among which the most important are aggressive awareness plan about the coast resources utilization, change the food habits for coast population, social policy planning according to coast management framework, plus continue research on the subject regarding coast and rural life style of the Red Sea population, studies the impact of the demographics on imagine or disap- pears of races or areas
