Abstract EN

The paper aims to shed lights on economcs of human resource development in the banking sector focused on training because of its importance to positively reflected on raising the efficiency of the facility, and improve the performance of em- ployees and enable the establishment of optimum exploitation of human resources so as to allow it to achieve its goals with distinction.

There arc many questions that we tried to shed lights of them about the efTect of the development of human resources in the economics and of raising the efficiency of corporate per- formance by implementing it on the Sudanese banks? This study covered a range of Sudanese banks were distrib- uted to a number (100) distributed a questionnaire on five Suda- nese banks((A-B-C-D-E .basal average each bank (20) to iden- tify the bank employees were chosen at random were surveyed to find out their views in order to teSt .This research deals with the most modem methods used in the development of human re-sources operations and foundations develop the performance of one of the main economic resources at all (human resources) will reflect positively on improving the performance of the banking sector generally.

• It turns out a positive relationship between training, reha- bilitation and production efficiencies.

The paper recommends the recommendations follows: Pay- ing attention to the results of report performance and guided them in training and rehabilitation and development of human resources, promotion, transfers, identify weaknesses and address points axes, and valuing Strengths, as they have a dramatic im- pact on production efficiency.
