Abstract EN

The study aims at knowing the impact of leadership in releasing the objectives of organization.

The field of the Study is in education section in Duba province.

The statement of the study represents in the neglecting of the moSt managements of the public and private organi- zations leaderships which enable using the best methods of scientific leaderships that leads to improvement of performance and achieving the objectives.

The hypotheses of the Study: one is major that there is statistical relationship between the leadership and the objectives achievement and the other two hypotheses are not major that there a clear denotation statistic between leadership theory and the objectives achievement also there is a clear denotation between statistic between leadership Style and objectives achievement.

The tool of this study is questionnaire, which was distributed among the sample of the study which was represented in male teachers in Duba province and analyze by SPSS.

The following arc the results: the school headmasters do not pay attention to the morality financial prize for the teachers, as a type of leadership Style, for achieving the duties, inStead they use morality financial punishments, for achieving and releasing the objectives, also the school headmasters have behavior that has positive effects on better performance of the teachers, as well as there is no interaction between the teachers and the students inside or outside the classroom.

There are some recommendations like: the school leaders must be trained in moti- vations types also increasing the interesting of interactions between the teachers and the Students in or out the classroom, moreover, the teachers and the students must be shown the interaction process.
