Abstract EN

The Study aimed to identify the effect of administrative communication on the effectiveness of the decision-making pro- cess, to know the means and methods of administrative commu- nication and their reflection on decision-making, and to indicate the most important obstacles that limit the effectiveness of ad- ministrative communication.

The Study used the descriptive and analytical method, and it relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information from the Sludy sample.

The Study found that the use of appropriate administrative communica- tion means and methods increases the effectiveness of the deci-sion-making process, and the results showed a smooth relationship between administrative communication skills and the effectiveness of decision-making, that is, the more administrative communica- tion skills, the more effective decision-making, and there are also obstacles to administrative communication with the organization that limit the effectiveness Decision-making, and not using elec- tronic means of communication increases effort and costs, lack of specialization in work and neglect of hierarchy impede adminis- trative communication and thus failure to achieve effective de- cision-making.

The study recommended providing information to decision-makers in a timely manner.

The organization should use electronic means of communication to improve the effectiveness of decision-making, and administrators and employees should be trained in administrative communication skills, and to review the communication structures and channels used to facilitate the flow of information to decision makers.
