Abstract EN

The research dealt with the role of technical and technical education institutions in serving the labor market in Sudan, and placing technical education among the country’s priorities in its plans in terms of the rules and criteria for the absorption of tech- nical education.

The aim of the research is to identify the policies governing the technical education tracks.

Spreading awareness of the importance of negative and technical education for the re- naissance of the nation and society.

Shedding light on the future of education in Sudan.

Finding results to address the imbalance in the needs of the labor market.

The research hypotheses were rep- resented in: There is a statistically significant relationship between technical education and the renaissance of society.

There is a statis- tically significant relationship between higher education policies and community renaissance.

The research followed the statistical and analytical approach.

The research concludcd with several re- sults, including: There is a correlation between university educa- tion and the labor market.

The waSte of higher education outcomes is not balanced with the requirements of comprehensive develop- ment.

There is a need in higher education for this type of education.

The research recommended several recommendations, including: Providing parallel financial support for plans and programs drawn for the path of this education.

Externally qualify teachers to keep up with the latent knowledge in this field, and foreign expertise can be used temporarily.

Paying attention to the handicrafts and handicrafts and heritage industries in the countryside, preserving them from extinction and developing them through programs that are included in the educational, technical and technical curricula, so that these industries bccomc a source of income for the people of the countryside, and reflect the heritage of Sudan at home and abroad
