Abstract EN

Originality is one traif of brilliant persons traits who characterized with Spontanously, indeperdence,Power of will, ambition, Socia ( needs resection and emotion control.

Leavy believes that individuals who Supported us belong to Family or neighbors or peers who participated us emotionally.

The present study aims at measuring originality Concept university , identifying statistically Significant differences in the level of originality among lecturers in the university according to ( type Variable) and Correlation between originality Concept and Social support among Lecturers in the university .

The Sample of the Study Consists of two Subsamples the 1st is the Study of Preparing the scales consisting of (50) male and female Letterers and the 2nd Is the basic application sample Consisting of (150) male and female Lecturers noting that the 1st sumple (Sample of Scals building) differes from basic application one where the number of male Lecturers is (75) and female one is (75) whom chosen randomly.

The researcher reaches at number of results.

1- THE individuals of the sample, according to the comparison between arithmetic mean and hypothetical one are ac ghainted with originality concept at (0,05) Significance level.

2-The individuals of the sample, according to the Comparison between arithmetic mean and hypothetical one are acquainted with Social Support at (0,05) Significance level.

3-There are no statistical significant differences originality Scale according to gender variable (males and females) at (0,05) significance level.

4- There are statistical significance differences on Social Support Scale according to gender variable (males and females ) at (0,05) significance level.

5-There is a positive correlation between originality Concept and Social Support which is altruism and self control (0,78) among Leathers in the universities at (0,05) significance level.

The researcher Concludes with Some of recommendation suggestion and conclusions.
