Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the extent of human resource management effectiveness in Palestinian banks according to total quality management.

This study is based on the descriptive survey approach.

The study population consisted of all workers in Palestinian banks in north of the west bank, with a total of (2125) and the sample size is (112) individuals.

The study showed that there is a high level of effectiveness of human resources management functions according to the total quality management in Palestinian banks at the northern West Bank.

The study made several recommendations, including that the banks should persuade senior management in banks of the importance of managing and developing human resources and enhancing the awareness of all bank managers, including human resources managers, of the importance and benefits of applying total quality management.
