Abstract EN

There are many challenges that organizations face today, which constitute a threat to organizations and their survival.

With the advent of the COVID-19 crisis, organizations are facing a major challenge, as they have created a particular challenge for human resource management - to help workforce adapt and cope with changes that have occurred.

The employees who used to work inside their organizations have to adapt to working from home.

This study aims to clarify the role of human resource management during the Covid-19 crisis and its consequences on workers, due to its impact on various aspects of life.

In line with the theoretical nature of the research, a descriptive approach was used in which research concepts and contributions related to the research topic were analyzed.

Through what was reviewed of theoretical concepts, the research reached a set of applied indications that should be focused on in developing the performance of human resources management.
