Jurisprudence foundations science becomes, through standardizing, a purposeful meth-od that seeks to guide juristic deduction aptitude for researchers in Islamic sciences through which scholars have established a legitimate philosophical method.

The latter is capable of deriving judgments in all areas of civilizational construction in Islamic thought.

This science, therewith, contained crucial benefits that we cannot do without or underestimate.

This piece of research, therefore, aims at determining how this science is restricted to fulfilling its goals and purposes now and then in addition to evaluating the course of science and correcting its errors so that it becomes standard for grasping from the past and innovating it in the present and future.
