Abstract EN

The study aimed to Knowing the level of intellectual capital and its components among faculty members at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences / University of Aden, and to achieve objectives of the study A questionnaire was developed that came in 45 items and distributed to a stratified random sample of (105), according to the Krejcie & Morgan ا table according to a community of (144) individuals, following the descriptive analytical approach.The results showed that the intellectual capital came with a medium degree in the College of Administrative Sciences / University of Aden, , where the relationship capital contributed to a greater degree in intellectual capital, followed by the capital of the structural infrastructure, then creative capital, human capital, it was found that the components of intellectual capital were significantly correlated with each other at a significant level of( 0.01 ≥ α), and the components of intellectual capital were the most closely related among them is the component of capital the money the creative and capital component of relationships, , which is a strong direct correlation.

It concluded that there were no significant differences in the study sample's response averages to the components of intellectual capital at a significance level of ( 0.05 ≥ α) due to the variable of sex, academic qualification, scientific section.

While the results of the hypotheses showed that there are significant differences in the study sample's response averages to the components of intellectual capital at a significance level of( 0.05 ≥ α) due to the scientific rank variable and years of academic experience at work.
