Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the degree of practicing electronic supervision among educational supervisors in the state of Kuwait from their point of view, and differences that can be attributed to gender.

The study used the descriptive approach.

The sample consisted of (260) educational supervisors.

Results showed that the degree of practicing electronic supervision by the educational supervisors in the State of Kuwait from their point of view was medium, and that there were no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to gender.

The study recommended activating the role of e-mail in the process of educational supervision through the educational supervisor to prepare electronic mailing lists for all teachers who supervise them and communicate with them and inform them of the guidance.
