Abstract EN

The study aims at investigating the correlation and the differences between the creative thinking and the quality of life among the distinguished and normal high school students in Rafha province.

The study also seeks to find out the possibility of predicting the level of the academic scores of the distinguished and normal high school students in the scale of “quality of life” by finding out their scores in the creative thinking.

The descriptive method, with its correlation, was used in this study.

The study sample consisted of 100 distinguished students and 100 normal students whose chronological age ranged from (15-17) years.

The study concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the creative thinking and the quality of life in favor of the distinguished students.

The researcher also found a positive correlation with statistically significant differences between the creative thinking and the total grade on the scale of “quality of life” among all the samples members, the distinguished and the normal high school students.

The study also indicated that it is possible to predict the level of the academic scores of the distinguished and normal high school students in the scale of “quality of life” through finding out their scores in the creative thinking.
