Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of the implementation of the human talent management system in public telecommunications companies in the city of Benghazi, by knowing the availability of the dimensions of the talent management system to attract, develop and retain talent.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher collected data from different sources.

The analytical descriptive approach and questionnaire form were used as a main tool for gathering information.

The study community is one of 102 human resources employees in public telecommunications companies in Benghazi.

The sample of the study was 83 is single, and 81 of them were recovered valid for analysis.81 of them were recovered and were valid for analysis, and the SPSS statistical program was used to analyze the data.

The results of the study showed that there is a decrease in the level of application of the human talent management system in its three dimensions (attraction - development - governorate), in public telecommunications companies in the city of Benghazi.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations that will activate the role of talent management in telecommunications companies.
