Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the reality of the research centers of the Libyan Authority for Research, Science and Technology through challenges and obstacles.

The results of the study showed the existence of administrative competencies that can manage research centers efficiently and effectively despite the current conditions in the Libyan state.

Weak infrastructure in terms of funding, equipment and supplies, which has caused research centers to perform poorly in their assigned tasks.

The study recommended working on increasing the financial allocations granted to research centers, and setting up a system of financial and moral incentives for distinguished researchers that would motivate them to research and scientific innovation.
