Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the most important obstacles that hinder the work of the Libyan Islamic Bank, and the study relied on the descriptive approach and the analytical approach.

The size of the study population, the researchers relied on the comprehensive survey method, and (15) questionnaires were distributed and were fully recovered, all of which are valid for analysis.

The study reached many results, the most important of which are: There are internal obstacles that hinder the work of the Libyan Islamic Bank, The most important of these obstacles (weak jurisprudential and legal information among some of the bank’s employees under study, lack of qualified and trained cadres familiar with the nature of Islamic banking work), there are external obstacles that hinder the work of the Libyan Islamic Bank, and the most important of these obstacles (lack of legislation and laws appropriate to the nature of the work of Islamic banks, the outlook Based on these results, the study recommended working on amending laws in line with the nature of Islamic banking work, as well as holding training courses for workers to familiarize themselves with the rules of Islamic banking.
