Law was issued in the province, the Shura Council of the Kurdistan region of Iraq (14-2008).

and by which it established a specialized administrative court addition to other functions of the Council and in view of the importance of the Administrative Tribunal as one of the Council formations which are considered the primary task in the administrative dispute that we must go into the terms of reference and mandate of this court and the most important observations the legal texts related to it.
