Abstract EN

The main objective of this paper is to diagnosis the impact of organizational memory in knowledge management processes.

In order to test the research hypothesis sample of (106) from teaching staff at Dohuk University Colleges were selected as a respondents for the research questionnaire aiming to collect the data concerning with research variables.

Results showed that there were a strong positive correlations between organizational memory and knowledge management processes.

The study provided a number of recommendations focusing on enhancing the role of organizational memory upon knowledge management Processes in achieving knowledge documentation at staffs memory and technical memory.
