Abstract EN

The aim of this paper is to diagnosis the effect of organizational justice in job involvement dimensions.

In order to test the research hypothesis , sample of (104) worker staff were selected from (4) institutes working at technical institutes foundation \Erbil.

A theoretical background were forwarded and a questionnaire were conducted and distributed to (104) teachers , and employees as a respondents for the research questionnaire aiming to collect the data concerning with research variables.

Research results showed that there were : 1.Positive correlations between organizational justice in job involvement dimensions.

2.Impact for organizational justice in job involvement dimensions.

3.Signifficance variance between institutes in job involvement dimensions according to institutes adapting the organizational justice.

The study provided a number of recommendations focusing on enhancing the role of institutes administration in achieving and sustaining the organizational justice and job involvement for their staff.
